How to send a fax online in less than 2 minutes
Sending a fax is scary. But with JustFax it’s not! It’s a simple 3-step process that takes less than 2 minutes! So, shall we start?
Step 1: Upload your fax
On every page of our website, you will find a big green button that says “Upload your fax”. Click this button. You will see a native file picker dialog, where you will be able to select your fax file. Select the file you want to fax, and confirm.
Step 2: Enter recipients phone number
After your file has been successfully uploaded and parsed by our servers, you will be present with a form to enter the phone number of your recipients. You can enter any phone number in one of the 50+ supported countries. Pay attention to the price that you are going to pay, which is displayed below the phone input text box.
In addition to that, at the bottom of the form you will see your fax file information such as:
- The ID of the fax in our system, so you can retrieve its status later.
- The name of the fax file.
- The format of the fax file.
- The amount of the pages inside the fax file.
Once you entered the phone number, click “Pay & Send”.
Step 3: Payment
You will be redirected to a secure payment provider that we work with. There you will have to input your personal, and payment details. After successful payment, you will be redirected to fax status page of your fax.
Keep in mind that sending a fax is old technology that relies on telephone lines, therefor it might take anywhere between 3 and 6 minutes to send your fax. The amount of the time it takes, depends on factors such as: the length of the fax, whether the recipient is available or not, etc. In case the recipient is busy, for example it receives another fax, we will try sending the fax at a later time. Our fax provider has a very high success rate, so don’t worry, your fax will get there!
