JustFax ("we", "us", "Services") the operator of https://justfax.online ("website") provides an online fax solutions to you ("you", "user"). In this Privacy Policy we describe the information we collect about you and how we process it. Your usage of the Services implies agreement to this Privacy Policy.

Fax files. We collect and temporarily store the fax files you upload to the website. You are obligated to upload files that you have full ownership of and files that do not break any laws or our Terms of Service. The files you upload are stored and used only for sending faxes, and they are deleted as soon as your fax is sent. Files that were uploaded but not sent will be stored for up to a month before deletion. The reason we do so is to improve our Services and give you the opportunity to finish your fax transmission.
Email Addresses. We might obtain email addresses, whether directly by asking you for your email, or indirectly through a third party we work with. The emails we collect are used to provide you with the Services.
Recipient Phone Numbers. We collect recipient phone numbers in order to be able to provide you with the Services.
Server Logs. Our servers might log different information about your device. This information might include, but is not limited to, details such as: User Agent, IP Address, Unique Session Identifier. We collect this information in order to further improve our Services; be able to resolve any disruptions of the Services; being able to administrate and secure the Services and our servers. This information is periodically deleted.
